Shipping, returns and refunds

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India. We don't ship outside India at the moment.

Delivery cost

A flat ₹99 per order, with tracking, whatever the number of portraits.

How long it takes

• Making: every portrait is made to order. We usually engrave within 1 to 2 working days.
• Delivery: about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, through our courier partners.
• These are estimates. Holidays, weather and remote pincodes can add a few days.

Tracking

We email you when your portrait ships and when it's delivered. Courier and tracking details also appear on your order page under My Orders or Track your order.

If delivery fails

Please give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you; re-sending may cost another delivery charge.

Cancelling an order

Email pawotrait@gmail.com with your order ID as soon as possible. If engraving hasn't started yet, we cancel and refund you in full. Once engraving has started the order can't be cancelled, because the portrait is made just for you.

Returns

Because every portrait is made from your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Natural differences in wood grain and tone, and the difference between a photo and its engraving, aren't defects.

Damaged or wrong item

If your portrait arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered (for example the wrong size or engraving text):

• Email pawotrait@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID.
• Attach clear photos of the portrait and the packaging.
• We'll make a replacement at no cost to you. If we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
